Intellectual Property Infringement Policy

It is the policy of to take appropriate action where necessary to uphold and recognize all relevant State, Federal and International laws in connection with material that is claimed to be infringing any trademark, copyright, patent and all or any other Intellectual Property laws. If you are an intellectual property rights owner and you believe that sells, offers for sale, or makes available goods and/or services that infringe your intellectual property rights, then send the following information in its entirety to [email protected].

Information required

     1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive that is allegedly infringed;

     2. A description of the allegedly infringing work or material;

     3. A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the site (product(s) URL);

     4. Information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number and e-mail address;

     5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright or other proprietary right owner, its agent, or the law;

     6. Identification of the intellectual property rights that you claim are infringed by the Website (e.g. “XYZ copyright”, “ABC trademark, Reg. No. 123456, registered 1/1/04”, etc.); and

     7. A statement by you that the above information and notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner whose exclusive right is allegedly infringed.

About payment methods

We are using Flutterwave to process payment, which may include Paypal, Credit Card, Bank, Mobile Money and other options depend on your country.

Paypal accept 22 currencies, here is the list: USD, MXN, CAD, GBP, JPY, EUR, AUD, SGD, CHF, PHP, HKD, PLN, THB, ILS, RUB, NZD, NOK, DKK, SEK, CZK, HUF, TWD.

And credit card accepts all the currencies. 

About payment time

General payment must be made within 3 days of order. If there is any reason to delay payment, please communicate with us first. Thank you.

We attach importance to the quality of product and services, so before sending the parcel out, we have to check the product twice again and packaging by ourselves. This 14-day period begins on the day when you receive your purchase for goods, you can cancel this order for any reason and without penalty.

1. Cancellation Policy:

Order can be cancelled only before shipping. The buyer needs to contact us first for the reason, our sale manager will arrange the cancellation in 2 working days.

All the shipped-out order cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy:

(1). How to deal with, If the item is defective?
We are sorry that the item is defective, and we will actively deal with such incidents. we also need your help.

First: If the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Second: please shoot the picture of the item is defective, and then send the picture to us by email, so that I could submit them to our Technical Director, after she check and agree, we will add the news to your next order for free.

Third: If we could not Identification. All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But in order to compensation for the loss of customers, through our assessment, we will give your some more discounts on the next order.

(2). With cooling off period (a time-frame in which the customer may return the goods they have purchased without giving any explanation), Within 14 days of delivery, and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

(3). Return & exchange address: The return address is not the shipping address on the express waybill, so please contact our sale manager first to get the return address.

3. Refund Policy:

The money will refund in 2 working days after the order is cancelled & return package is delivery.

If the buyer paid by Paypal, the money will refund in 2 working days; If by credit card or bank transfer, it takes 3-15 days or more time for the bank to process the international refund, your kindly understanding and patience will be highly appreciated.
